We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team, based at the Marie Curie Belfast Hospice. This is a predominantly community‑facing role, providing specialist palliative care to patients and their families in their own homes. The post holder will also work within the hospice, maintaining a strong clinical presence and working closely with hospice‑based and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure seamless, coordinated care. You will deliver expert, holistic nursing care, lead nurse‑led outpatient clinics, and contribute to high‑quality assessment, symptom management and care planning across community and hospice settings. The role includes a key responsibility for clinical leadership, education and service development, supporting the ongoing improvement of palliative nursing practice and patient experience .
