STAR Method: Storytelling for Behavioural Rounds

When asked "Tell me about a time you...", always use STAR:

• Situation: Set the scene and provide necessary context.
• Task: Describe your specific responsibility or the challenge.
• Action: Detail the concrete steps you took to resolve it (use "I", not "We").
• Result: Share the positive outcome, ideally with quantifiable metrics.
